How to cook

Cut potatoes into thick chips, toss in rapeseed oil and roast at 220°C for 25–30 minutes until golden.
Dust cod fillets in seasoned flour and shallow-fry in hot oil for 3–4 minutes per side until crisp.
Warm garden peas and lightly mash for a quick mushy pea side.
Serve cod atop chips with peas alongside. Add malt vinegar to taste.
