About the producer
Kentish Orchards tends heritage apple, pear, and plum trees across the Garden of England, hand-picking fruit at ripeness for eating, cooking, and pressing. Their orchards include varieties nearly lost to industrial agriculture — russets, coxes, and regional pears with character supermarket clones cannot match. Fruit is sorted carefully, stored in traditional racks where needed, and packed without wax or unnecessary treatment. From crisp dessert apples to sharp cookers for crumbles and chutney, Kentish Orchards celebrates orchard heritage with produce grown for flavour rather than shelf life.
Kent once wore blossom like snow, and though many orchards vanished in the last century, we are among those planting them back.
